Can we run NexWorldTech through our vendor approval process?
Yes. We support standard vendor onboarding, including security questionnaires (SIG Lite, CAIQ), insurance certificates (E&O, cyber liability), W-9, and business registration documentation. Contact us and we will prepare a vendor package.
Do you sign our MSA and SOW templates?
We review and sign client-provided MSA and SOW templates in most cases. We have standard redlines for a handful of common clauses (unlimited liability, non-compete). Our legal review turnaround is 48-72 hours.
Can we do a security assessment before starting?
Yes. We provide a security posture document covering our SDLC, access controls, data handling, and subprocessors. Penetration testing of our infrastructure is available on request for Enterprise tier engagements.
How do you handle our proprietary data and IP during development?
All client data is isolated per-engagement. We do not use client proprietary information to train models or share across projects. Engineers sign confidentiality agreements, and access is revoked immediately on project close.
What if we need to scale the team mid-project?
We can scale the team with a written change order. Additional engineers are onboarded within 3-5 business days. All new team members are subject to the same NDA and access controls.
Do you have E&O and cyber liability insurance?
