Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of nexworldtech.com (the “Site”) and all software development services, deliverables, and systems provided by NexWorldTech Inc. (“NexWorldTech”). It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all clients, visitors, and users.
NexWorldTech builds technology for legitimate business purposes. We take seriously the downstream impact of the software we create and reserve the right to decline or terminate engagements where the intended use violates this Policy, applicable law, or our values as a company.
Permitted Use
You may use the Site and our services for lawful business purposes, including:
- Requesting information about our services and capabilities
- Submitting project inquiries, booking consultations, and engaging us for software development
- Using deliverables we build for you in accordance with your Project Agreement
- Accessing and using interactive tools on the Site for planning and estimation purposes
- Reading and sharing our published content for informational and educational purposes
Prohibited Use
You must not use the Site or engage NexWorldTech to build, support, or operate any product, service, or system that:
Illegal or Harmful Activities
- Violates any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitates fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or financial crime
- Enables or promotes illegal gambling, unlicensed financial services, or pyramid schemes
- Distributes malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code
- Supports illegal drug trade, weapons trafficking, or human trafficking
- Produces, distributes, or facilitates access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
Privacy and Data Violations
- Collects, processes, or stores personal data without a lawful basis or in violation of applicable privacy laws (PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Enables unauthorized surveillance, stalkerware, or covert data collection
- Harvests or scrapes personal data for purposes not disclosed to data subjects
- Builds systems to circumvent privacy controls or consent mechanisms
AI and Automation Misuse
- Uses AI capabilities to generate, amplify, or distribute disinformation or manipulated media (deepfakes) at scale
- Automates spam, phishing, or social engineering campaigns
- Creates systems designed to deceive users into believing they are interacting with a human when they are not, without appropriate disclosure
- Deploys AI in contexts requiring human oversight (medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions) without appropriate safeguards and professional supervision
Discrimination and Harm
- Discriminates against individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics
- Enables targeted harassment, doxxing, or coordinated abuse of individuals or groups
- Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or terrorism
Content Standards
Any content, data, or materials you provide to NexWorldTech for incorporation into a project must not:
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any person
- Violate the legal rights of any person, including rights of publicity or privacy
- Contain false, deceptive, or misleading statements
- Constitute unsolicited commercial communications (spam) in violation of CASL or other anti-spam laws
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner
Security and System Integrity
You must not attempt to:
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related systems without NexWorldTech's prior written authorization
- Breach, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent any security or authentication measures on the Site
- Access any data or systems you are not authorized to access
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or similar means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Site
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it responsibly through our Security and Responsible Disclosure page rather than exploiting it.
Enforcement
NexWorldTech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Decline to commence or continue any engagement that we determine, in good faith, would violate this Policy
- Terminate any active Project Agreement where we discover a violation of this Policy, subject to the termination provisions in our Terms of Service
- Remove or refuse any content provided to us that violates this Policy
- Report violations to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Violation of this Policy may also constitute a breach of our Terms of Service and may expose you to legal liability.
