Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 17, 2026
Our Commitment
NexWorldTech Inc. is committed to ensuring that nexworldtech.com is accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We believe that the web should be usable by everyone, and we actively work to meet recognized accessibility standards.
This commitment reflects not only our legal obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), but our broader values as a company that builds technology for people.
We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing process. We continuously evaluate the Site against current standards and address issues as they are identified.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the following standards and guidelines:
WCAG 2.1 Level AA
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), are the internationally recognized benchmark for web accessibility. We target AA conformance across all pages of the Site.
AODA (Ontario)
The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act requires that public-facing websites accessible to Ontario residents meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Our target of WCAG 2.1 AA meets and exceeds this requirement.
ARIA Authoring Practices
We implement WAI-ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate to improve the accessibility of dynamic content and interactive components for users of assistive technologies.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility, NexWorldTech takes the following measures in building and maintaining the Site:
- Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy to support screen reader navigation
- All images and non-text content include descriptive alternative text
- Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text
- All interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields) are accessible via keyboard navigation
- Focus indicators are visible for all keyboard-navigable elements
- Forms include clearly associated labels and descriptive error messages
- The Site is responsive and usable across a range of screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%
- Animation and motion effects respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query for users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion
- Language of page content is declared in the HTML to support screen reader pronunciation
Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we acknowledge that some areas of the Site may have accessibility limitations. Known areas we are actively working to improve include:
- Some complex interactive components (stack quiz, ROI calculator) may have limited keyboard accessibility and are being reviewed
- Third-party embedded content and tools may not fully conform to accessibility standards, as these are outside our direct control
- Older blog posts may contain images without alternative text, which we are systematically reviewing
We are committed to addressing all known issues in a timely manner. If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please let us know.
Assistive Technology
The Site has been tested with the following assistive technologies and browser combinations:

| JAWS (Windows) | Chrome |
| VoiceOver (macOS) | Safari |
